Submit a Privacy Request

California residents (CCPA / CPRA): we will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130(a)(2)).

EU / UK residents (GDPR): we will respond without undue delay and in any event within 30 calendar days, extendable by a further 60 days for complex requests (Article 12(3) GDPR).

We will use information already on file to verify your identity. We may request additional documentation when the request involves sensitive personal information or deletion of a client file. Verification is required before we can act on the request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.125).
